Voice Gateway

Every phone, trunk, and browser, through one gateway

A SIP registrar, B2BUA, and WebRTC bridge in one. Bring your numbers or trunks, connect desk phones and browsers, and route every call in code or with routing flows.

An encrypted DialPress softphone call between the web, iPhone and Android

At a glance

Any endpoint

Carriers, SIP trunks, PBXs, desk phones, mobile apps, and browsers.

Trusted

STIR/SHAKEN attestation, 10DLC registration, and E911 at the edge.

Routed

Routing flows or your own code decide where every call and message goes.

Horizontal

Run as many gateway instances as you need, with shared registrations.

SIP and WebRTC meet at the gateway

SIP reaches every phone number. WebRTC reaches every browser and app. The gateway anchors media and bridges the two, so your code sees one call wherever it started. Codecs, ICE, and DTLS-SRTP are handled for you.

Routing flows

Triggers, conditions, and ordered steps for every call, message, and keypress.

01

Match

Direction, number patterns, time windows, or digits pressed.

02

Act

Ring, record, play a message, send to voicemail, or hand to an agent.

03

Hand to code

Send the call to an app path, and it continues in your code.

Call handling

What every call can use, without writing it yourself.

Numbers and porting

Local and toll-free numbers. Porting is free, with a temporary number while it completes.

SIP trunks

Connect any carrier, with weighted failover between carriers and toll-fraud rules at the edge.

Voicemail

Greetings, transcription, forwarding, message-waiting lights on desk phones, and access by phone.

Conferences

Saved rooms with mixed audio and video over WebRTC, and a live roster.

Mobile push

Calls to a sleeping phone are held while a push wakes the app (RFC 8599).

Keyword spotting

Hear a phrase the moment it is said, mid-sentence, and branch the call on it.

SIP traces and events

Every SIP message captured, and every call, message, and routing step published as an event.

Common questions

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Yes. Port them in for free, or connect the SIP trunks you already have.

Can I bring my own carrier?

Yes. Any SIP trunk connects, with failover between carriers. See Numbers & Trunking.

Do desk phones work?

Yes. Phones register to the gateway like any SIP registrar, with message-waiting lights for voicemail.

How do calls reach my code?

The dial plan maps each call to a path, and the app that claims the path receives it over gRPC.

What happens to calls for a sleeping phone?

The gateway holds the call while a push notification wakes the app.

Connect your first number.

Port it, or start with a temporary number on day one.
