Information we collect

Account details you give us, call and message metadata needed to route and bill your traffic, and — only where you enable them — recordings and transcripts.

How we use information

To deliver calls, messages, and AI voice agent responses, to operate and secure the platform, and to support you. We do not sell your personal information or train shared models on your calls.

Security

Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, with immutable audit logs and role-based access. HIPAA BAAs are available.

Retention

Recordings and transcripts follow the retention period you configure, from 30 days to 7 years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
